This is a very rare and unique Honda Element "X-Wave" conversion for wheelchair accessibility by Freedom Motors. With the touch of a button on the remote, the passenger doors open automatically and the ramp also automatically deploys. It is also a highly desirable "3/4 CUT" which leaves the OEM drivers seat intact from the factory for safety. This vehicle sold for just under $60, 000 new in 2011. They are so rare that they are holding their value of up to $46, 500 in the used market depending on the model, miles, condition and type of conversion and that is why this one is such a great value because it has it all! This is an EX model (vs the LX) which gives you the upgraded stereo with an MP3 plug in and 6 premium sound speakers. (the LX doesn' t have an MP3 option and only has 4 speakers). In addition, the EX includes stylish Alloy wheels (as opposed to just steel wheels and hubcaps on the LX). This also has only 27, 288 original miles, is a one owner, clear title, accident free, perfectly maintained, BRAND NEW TIRES, never smoked in, and as a Florida vehicle it has never seen a snowflake or road salt.
